Lesson 9 (1.5 hours): CREATE 2 INTRO VIDEOS
Nobody sends a video to potential employers. Everyone goes through the online application, does the bare minimum, and submits a resume and hopes to hear back. Instead, you need to create a short intro video (1 to 2 minutes) explaining who you are, your story, and how you can add value to the company.
Here’s an exact transcription of what COL Lance O’Bryan’s said. Now, use this script and change it to fit your story and 2 of the companies that you want to work for.

After you’ve created the script, we recommend that you team up with someone in this course and get a videocamera (COL O’Bryan’s was filmed on an iPhone, it doesn’t have to be fancy!) and try to find a quiet place with good lighting. Have your battle buddy record (or if you don’t have anyone, simply hit record and prop your camera up) and start talking. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be authentic. Talk to one of the companies you want to work for. Be specific with what you’re saying on how you can help THEM.
When you’re done, let the group know by posting that you’ve completed it – and share how it went, any challenges, questions, etc (you’ll be able to share the actual video with the group later).
