Script For Your Intro Video To Employers
Here’s the link to LTC Lance O’Bryan’s video that he used to send to Rogue.
And here’s the transcription of what he said – base your script off of his. Our team helped him with it. It’s short and to the point.
“Hey Mr. Henniger,
My name is Lance O’Bryant and I just want to congratulate you that you and the Rogue team has enjoyed over the last decade, and I think that in the future I want to be a part of that team and I have some skills and some backgrounds that can help Rogue in the future and future success in the next decade and decades plus.
Currently, I’ve been in the Army for 19 years, and I am the US Army Garrison Okinawa Commander. And as the Garrison Commander here at Okinawa, I am responsible for 2,000 facilities here on the island, and 9 different installations. I have a wonderful team of professionals – 500+ personnel that are composed of Soldiers, Department of the Army Civilians, as well as Japanese Master Labor Contractors.
On top of that, I’m a career Field Artilleryman. But above and beyond what any normal Field Artillery Officer would do, that I’ve done in my military career, I’ve also worked at the US Army Human Resources Command. When I was there, I had a small team of professionals – very smart guys… We were responsible for the distribution, on an annual basis, probably about 15,000 officers across the globe in getting them into the units that they needed to get into.
Along with that, I worked with the University of Missouri ROTC Department. And while I was there, I was tasked with going out and finding talented young individuals to become future Army Officers.
Personally, I’m a small town… grew up on a farm in the Midwest, so I can really identify with the Rogue values and the vision. I think that the Industrial Revolution 2.0 is really the way to go for American manufacturing. I think that is a template that should be looked at hard by any American manufacturer here in the United States because it’s the right way of doing business and the right way of doing things in my mind.
Beyond that, I just want to thank you for your time. Like I said, I’m at 19 years, and I kinda need to decide what I want to do when I grow up. And I’ve decided that I want to come and join the Rogue Team. But again, thank you for your time and good luck.”
