Sharp Decisions Is Offering Vets and Their Families Exclusive Hiring Opportunities!

Creator of the groundbreaking and highly effective V.E.T.S.™ (Vocation, Education, and Training for Service Members) Program, strategic technology consulting firm Sharp Decisions has long been a proud and strong supporter of our nation’s veterans. One prime manifestation of this support lies in the Sharp Decisions drive to hire those who have served – in many cases with exclusive hiring opportunities for veterans and their families. Two such job listings (one for a San Francisco – based project manager and one for a McLean, VA – based QA tester) are available right now. We have included these listings below!

Due to an increase in client demand, Sharp Decisions Inc. is actively looking to bring on a Project Manager, to be based in San Francisco, CA.

The Project Manager will help develop and drive the implementation of Cisco Jabber and collaboration tools for our client. The role would be geared towards developing a user focused rollout plan, defining and driving adoption, managing change efforts across the company, developing service support documentation and global communications. The Project Manager needs to have a strong technology background but isn’t necessarily directly responsible for the backend infrastructure buildout, however they need to understand the system to understand service.

Fluent in Cisco technology would be a plus so they understand how it works. The preferred candidate can be someone who has software deployment and user adoption/communication experience. A new software you can learn the skills to successfully deploy it, change the way people work and drive adoption is what is the most important. Infrastructure deployment is a much different beast than user software deployment.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND AND MUST-HAVES:
User facing software deployment
User adoption metrics development and tracking
Organizational change mgmt
Project schedule development
Clear communications strategy development/execution

For this project our client has a focus on the software rollout and adoption vs. the management of the solution engineering that for the most part is and will be done. Our direct client needs someone who can help put the schedule together, track to the major milestones and develop the user side of things.

Must be Vet or Vet family member
